Incomplete inventory with versions HP-UX 11.11 and 11.23

Good Morning.

I have a problem in my environment, the agents installed on HP-UX 11:11 and 11:23 server is not sent all hardware information.

I'm using version 2.1.1 for UNIX.

it reports only the server name, OS version, Serial Number, but not get  information as memory, disk, FC, others ...

anyone have any tips?

Hi,

Can you send me two inventories, please? One under HP-UX 11.11 and the second under HP-UX 11.23.
