Redhat 6.6 requires perl(Net::IP), perl(XML::Simple)

I tried to install ocsinventory-agent in Redhat 6.6.It complaint  about perl(Net::IP) perl(XML::Simple) packages missing.What could be reason for that?

Error: Package: perl-Ocsinventory-Agent-2.1.1-1.el6.remi.noarch (remi)

           Requires: perl(Net::IP)

Error: Package: perl-Ocsinventory-Agent-2.1.1-1.el6.remi.noarch (remi)

           Requires: perl(XML::Simple)

I solved problem with enabling RHEL Server Optionnal channel with

subscription-manager repos --enable=rhel-6-server-optional-rpms

command.It provides extra dependencies like perl(Net::IP) and perl(XML::Simple).
