Trying to Customize OCS / J'essaie de personnalizer OCS

Hello Everyone.  I am trying to make some customizations to the OCS index.php page.  However, nothing happens no matter what I do.  I even tried deleting the file with no change whatsoever.  Has anyone had any experience making their own changes to OCS and what steps have to be done.

Bonjour tout le monde.  Pardon pour mon francais mais ce n'est pas ma langue maternel.  Bref, j'essaie de personnalizer mon installation d'OCS mais tout mes efforts retourne rien.  Pour l'instant j'essaie de faire des changements au ficher "index.php". J'ai meme supprimer le ficher sans effet.  Bon voila, si il y'a quelqu'un qui sais quoi fair ca serait super.

I am trying to add some an extra column on the "visu-computers" page as well as adding some extra functionality.
