Aucun inventaire

Question

Bonjour,

Nous avons installé la version 2.2 d'OCS. Hormis quelques problèmes de déploiements qui font l'objet d'un ticket à part, nous rencontrons une absence totale de réaction de l'agent. Si quelqu'un à une idée du problème, merci d'avance. Ci-dessous les différents fichiers :

Le serveur se trouve a l'adresse http://ocs.hestia.mondomaine.local/ocsinventory

Donc normal que ça ne marche pas car tu n'envoie pas au serveur.

Désolé, j'aurais peut-être du préciser que httpd est configuré de manière à ce que ocs.hestia.mondomaine.local renvoi vers le répertoire ocs inventory du serveur grâce au vhost. D'ailleurs l'adresse ocs.hestia.mondomaine.local me renvoie bien sur la page de connexion de ocs

Si ça te renvois sur ocsreports, ce n'est pas bon du tout. ocsreports est la GUI d'administration et non le serveur.

Merci. j'ai tout remis à la racine de httpd mais pas mieux. Je m'interroge sur le fait que nul part dans le fichier de conf tomcat généré par ocs (j'ai fait un include de celui-ci) n'apparait nul part ocsinventory. Du coups en allant sur http://ocs.hestia.mondomaine.local/ocsinventory, il ne peut rien trouver?

Bon finalement j'ai trouvé d'où venait le problème,  un mélange de mod_perl et de fichiers conf non pris en compte. Je reviens demain pour faire une petite explication plus en profondeur.
En tout cas kapouik merci bien pour ton aide.
