OCS inventory service keeps stopping

Hi, I have this issue for some servers - OCS INVENTORY SERVICE keeps stopping for no reason.

I've checked the event log - it's unable to show me the error from OCS, just event number 4 and 19.

I tried to uninstall and install version 4.0.6.1 which is stable, but somehow it got changed to 2.1.1.1 after 10 minutes (don't know why though)

System: Windows 2008 R2

Any idea?
