Package Warn User Text not appears

Question

We build a package with the Option "Warn User: Yes" and fill in an informational message for the user which should be appear in the warning window at the beginning of the execution of the package. The window comes up, but the message field ist empty.

The parameters are correctly in the info file of the download package.
NOTIFY_USER="1" NOTIFY_TEXT="XYZABC"

This issue was present on OCS server 2.2 and still on 2.2.1
Our Agent Version: OCS-NG_WINDOWS_AGENT_v2.1.1.1

the agent version is the problem

agent 2.05 works - i don't know with which version it is fixed - but with a version > 2.3 it should work
