Remontée matériel incomplète pc HP

Bonjour,

Les ports (Video,Usb, etc..) ne remontent pas dans l'inventaire pour les postes HP. En effet la liste est vide alors que pour des postes d'autres marques (DELL) l'inventaire remonte correctement et on voit bien les ports USB, les ports VIDEO (Display Port, VGA, DVI).
