Failed to talk with Communication Server

Does anyone know the solution to the problem listed below?

OCS Inventory NG Agent encounter an error (exit code is 4 => Failed to talk with Communication Server)

Agent install is Agent-2.1.1.3 in Windows 10 64bits

Server install  is SERVER-2.2.1 in Debian 8 64bits

Did you make an windows agent upgrade ?

If yes from wich version ?

Problem was in the Apache configuration. This error means that the OCS Agent was trying to communicate with an invalid directory.

There was no update, version used is Agent 2.1.1.3.
