client connection problem

We have a PC with Win7 and it can't connect to OCS server. The OS has a latest updates, no viruses.

We tried to reinstall the OCS but that didn't solve the problem. On the other PC-s of network are working fine.
 

I checked the cert file!!!

We tried to change the cert file to der file. but not good!


. Any ideas?

Hi,

The cacert.pem should be in C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent. Check it.
