SOME PC NOT ABLE TO CONTACT SERVER IN THE SAME SUBNET

We have vlans in our organization but some system in same vlan get invented to the ocs server but some system not able to send inventory (SAME AGENT ONLY )       

why?

ERROR - not able to find server but same ip has given?

Can you send from problematic machines an ICMP packet to the OCS server?

ping fqdn.of.ocs.server
ping ip.address.of.ocs.server
Is the OCS server reachable?
