El agente OCS inventroy NG para windows no me envia al Servidor

Tengo un servidor windows 2003 small bussines 32 bits, instalado xampp 1.7.7, estoy intentando con un computador con windows 10 pro 64 bits,

Aparentemente tengo todo bien configurado, pero no me esta mostrando el registro en el servidor.

me falta alguna configuracion dentro del server
