How do i to get OCS Inventory Agent in Client windows work [closed]

Question

i used OCS Inventory Server 2.1.2 on Ubuntu 16.4.2 Server . I had install ocsinventory-server ocsinventory-reports and ocsinventory-agent in ubuntu and it was sucses . i see my spec in my ubuntu show in ocsreports on my browser .

but when im going to instal ocs agent in windows 10 client to connect with ocs inventory server in my ubuntu server does not showing anything in ocsreports

What is the version of the windows agent you use ?

Can you share agent log and conf file ? C:\ProgramData

hahaa .. this problem is solved .. thanks .

there is something wrong about version ocs agent .. ocs server v2.1.2 .

before i have install ocs agent 2.3 in windows client there is taking no action anything , but when i install ocs agent 2.1 it's work as long as .

The agent must not have a version upper than your server.

So if you have a 2.1.2 server, your agent must be 2.1.1.1 or older.

If you want to use 2.3 agent, you have to update your server to 2.3.1
