Installation Date not showing

 When I install a new software the agent is not getting the installation date.  The Server gives the 0000-00-00 00:00:00 what set up do I need to do to get the installation date?

wich version of OCS server and agent and wich version of windows do you have ?

Server 2.1.2
 

Agent 2.1.1.1

Window 7 Pro 6.1.7601


Some software has install date and some software doesn't have it.

I am seeing the exact same. Windows updates are showing 0000-00-00 like other software.

This is crucial, is there a fix?

In my installation, "installed date" field is blank for all software

This is a windows problem : Some software don't register their installation date. As it we cannot retrive it.

Is that the case for Windows updates ? These are all 0000-00-00

Is this a known problem? It is not reported as a bug on launchpad.
