Filename not reporting for Windows or OSX

Hey there,

We have recently rolled out OCS across the board and am seeing really good information now coming back.  One thing I am missing though is the filename field being populated.  I am getting Name, Version, Folder - but no filename for any software.

Has anyone encountered this in the past, is there something specific we should be doing to capture this?

I'm afraid of not understanding your request ... What information do you miss the filename ?

Could you be more precise ?

In the Software area of your client computer, you will find the fields "Editor, Name, Version and Comments" but not folder or filename ...

To clarify, there is no data present in the Filename field for any audit we are receiving from any client.

The field in the database is empty.
