by default, the agent d'on log all informations. If you want it you must execute it in debug mode.
on a linux you will execute
ocsinventory-agent --debug
the position of the debug log is in the conf file. you will find a line like this one (you have chosen the log place at the instalation)
logfile=/var/log/ocsinventory-agent/ocsinventory-agent.log
