VB code error in Uptime plugin for Windows

Hi!

There's a little but fatal error in the VB script of the uptime plugin for Windows: Line 28 was changed from Wscript.echo "</UPTIME>" to Wscript.echo "<UPTIME>" in the last revision, causing malformed XML output. This change should be reverted.
