No Network Interface in the inventory

Hi all,

I am trying to make this work. Ocsinventory-agent does not report any network card to the server. I can have all the other information but not the network interfaces. Net-Tools is installed, the OS version is Ubuntu Bionic Beaver (18.04). Thank you in advance! Down below is the verbose log output:

Hi,

Which version of the agent do you use and how was it installed?

The version I use is 2.0.5

I installed it using apt-get install ocsinventorry-agent

Then I specified my servers URL.

Hi,

Too old version. Not yet supported. Update to the latest version if you have 2.4 ocs server.

I just wonder why is it working on other servers that have the same version but not this one...

It is install on ubuntu precise,trusty and xenial and it works perfectly.. with 2.0.5

And yes the server version I have is 2.4

The log file is quite long. And on this forum, we can only put 8000 character... How do you want to see it?
