Agent doesn't work with macOS High Sierra 10.13.5

[Server]

OCSInventory-Server 2.4.1

CentOS Linux 7 (Core)

Linux x86_64 3.10.0-693.2.2.el7.x86_64

[Agent]

Mac OS : High Sierra 10.13.5

Agent : OCS-NG_unified_unix_agent_v2.3.1

[Issue]

Hi,

I updated macOS version from High Sierra 10.13.3 to High Sierra 10.13.5.

At the time of 10.13.3, agent works well, connecting and uploading informations to the OCS Inventory NG server.

After I have updated my Mac OS to 10.13.5 (latest at this moment), same agent fails to connect to the server at the startup of Mac OS.

This only happens on startup of Mac OS, I still can upload informations to the server with  following success way.

[success way]

open Finder > Applications > find and right-click the OCSNG icon > choose "Open" from the submenu > choose yes on "Do you want to launch OCS Inventory NG agent ?" Dialog.

All I did is just updated my Mac OS.

I checked the log of the agent,  it says "Cannot establish communication".

I ping to the server and get reply.

I can resolve the name of the server with nslookup.

I can access the server with my browser using ssl.

Thank you for your attention and your help in advance.

Best Regards,

Hi,

Can your server resolve the FDQN of the ocs server?

Hi,

Thank you for your reply.

yes, both server and client can resolve the FQDN of the server with nslookup command.

Another agent 2.3.1 on the High Sierra 10.13.4 still works fine.
