Agent erreur 404

Bonjour,

J'ai acutellement un soucis au niveau de la remonté d'information sur OCS.

OCS serveur est installé sur une ubuntu serveur 14.04 en derniere version

Derniere version de l'agent sur une VM windows.

J'ai aussi les fichier de config de ocsinventory-server.conf.local dans mon dossier web et les même dans le dossoer /etc/apache2/ mais en z-ocsinvetory-server.conf  est-ce normal ?

Il y a des problèmes connu avec la dernière version d'ubuntu. Nous essayons de travailler dessus.

Je t'invite à utiliser Centos avec les packet RPM de Remi collet à la place d'ubuntu.

Sinon concretement c'est ocsinventory-server.conf qui ne se charge pas correctement ton problème.

Bonjour,

Vérifier que le module mod_perl est bien chargé lors du démarrage d'apache. Regarde le fichier d'erreur d'apache et poste son contenu.

Je viens vers toi car j'ai le même problème, j'accède à l'interface de gestion ocsreports cependant l'agent ne remonte pas d'informations, mon serveur ocs est installé sur Ubuntu 14.04 et mon agent est sur w7.

Peux tu partager s'il te plait tes notes pour l'installation du serveur ocs sur Linux et agent w7 si tu as ça.

Cela concerne uniquement l'installation du serveur OCS.

Pour la partie client il a été installé simplement par GPO en utilisant l'outil de déploiement d'OCS, en renseignant tout les champs correctements.

Sinon il nous faudrait les logs de ton agent.

Bonjour l'inventaire remonte bien maintenant, l'erreur venait de ma configuration je partage pour les personnes qui ont ce même problèmes.

Sous ubuntu 14.04, setup.sh de ocs server .

Where is Apache main configuration file [] ?  /etc/apache2/apache2.conf
Where is Apache includes configuration directory  /etc/apache2/conf-enabled/

Oui effectivement bien faire attention a la localisation de ses fichiers durant l'installation qui n'est pas la même suivant si l'ont utilise apache inférieur a 2.4 ou la version 2.4
