By default agent does not send automatically any inventory data

Hello colleagues! I have a question, whether the agent must send a inventory data itself  or inventory data  should be seeked  by server? By default agent does not send automatically any inventory data.  Server - windows 2008 r2, agent - windows 7 ultimate sp1.

Hi,

during installation of the agent, you have a checkbox "send inventory immediatly". If this box is not checked, then you must wait 24h before an inventory is sent to the server. this is the default period.

After install, you can use /now option to send the inventory.
