OCS inventory agent in cloud environment [closed]

Hello,

I've got problem with OCS inventory agent on cloud server (rackspace). Problem seams to be with

SSN which couldn't be avialable in cloud server enviroment:

 

Running agent in debug mode:

[Mon Nov  3 10:43:03 2014][debug] Missing value(s): SSN . I will send this inventory to the server BUT important value(s) to identify the computer are missing

[error] Deflating problem

 

# dmidecode
# dmidecode 2.11
# No SMBIOS nor DMI entry point found, sorry.

 

From server perspective  (apache logs):

OCS Inventory NG 2.0 is an old version not supported anymore by the community. Try to install the latest version of OCS before.
