Hello everyone.

Before anything, here is some relevante informations:

  • Server:
    • OS Distribution: CentOS Linux 7 (Core)
    • OS Version: 3.10.0-1062.9.1.el7.x86_64
    • OCSReports Version:
    • MariaDB Server version 5.5.64-MariaDB 2.6.

Recently we installed OCS Invetory reports to have an inventory of all our company computers, we mainly will used to have a dynamic inventory and also to be able to get sotware related information such as Office licence key. the thing is that we can't manage to add plugins to show in the Administrative web interface. we followed the 3 ways we have in the official Wiki "Docs>>10.Plugin engine>>Using extension engine" but we had no luck to get the plugin to show ,  we always get the same yellow message indicating that There is currently nno extensions available for installation.
What maybe the cause of this issue please advise.
Would you please help with this issue

Hi,

Be sure to download your plugins as .zip files in the "extensions" directory, path can be like this /usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports/extensions, then you must unzip them.
After go to plugins ... and your plugins are there.
