Web page not coming in browser | OCS Server

Hi All,

I am facing an issue in configuring the OCS Inventory server in my ubuntu vm. I have installed and configured as per the document. After restarting the apache server when I tried to access it in a web browser the page itself is not coming when typed the following address

ip-address_ofmachine/ocsreports/install.php

I was unable to get the web page. When I checked the status of apache server. I found this error. Could any one please help on how to fix this issue

IPDISCOVERY_LINK_TAG is  disabled and set to 0
in OCS Inventory NG server for Unix by (120 points)
