Web GUI dosen't work after upgrade to 2.9

Hi ,
I I installed the server in version 2.7 and then I did the update to 2.9.

But the Web GUi still doesn't work. I don't see any information. I search in the data base and i see information but still nothing in the web.

Has anyone fixed it?
