Hello everybody,
had a 2.8.0.0 server with a plugin (officepack) running just fine. On web admin, under deployment one could find three options: build, activate, and assigment rules.
Today I updated the server to 2.9.1. Everything went fine. I then tried to add a new plugin. At the assignment rule step I saw that there was no assignment rule option in web admin. That is, only two options were listed now: build and activate.
Truth is I haven't used this functionality for a long time, so there must be a step that I'm missing here...
