Configuration Tab missing after update

Hi,

I've just updated my OCS server from 2.8.1 to 2.9.1 and from the Web admin page, the configuration, network and Manage tabs are unavailable.

Is there a way to recover them ?

I've finally resolved my problem by setting the right new_accesslvl in database to the admin user.

In ocsweb DB and in the operators table, need to set the new_accesslvl value to "sadmin".
