Plugin no information is available

Hello, following the installation of a plugin no information is available at the inventory level. The installation returns no error, but the table linked to the plugin is empty.

Is this a file law concern?

I am using version 9.5, php 7.4 and apache 2.4.52 Thanks in advance for your answers/help.

what is 9.5 version ?

Which plugin is affected ?

Which version of OCS Inventory (server and agent) ?

If Windows machine, is the script concerning the plugin (.ps1 or .vbs file) in the folder of the agent in the machine to be inventoried (C:\Program Files (x86)\OCS Inventory Agent\Plugins) ?

Version of OCS Inventory server : 2.9.2

Version of OCS Inventory agent: 2.9.0

This plugin is : TeamViewer and Security

In the floder: C:\Program Files (x86)\OCS Inventory Agent\Plugins, I don't have a current folder/file

Ok,

in order for the plugins to work, the teamviewer.vbs and security.vbs files from the agent\Windows folder of the plugins must be copied to the machine to be inventoried > in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\OCS Inventory Agent\Plugins\

(and the same for other plugins if needed)

Hi

Thank you for your reply I added the two .vbs files associated with the teamviwer and security plugins in the folder: C:\Program Files\OCS Inventory Agent\Plugins however I have no visible information on the OCS interface.

Similarly, the teamviwer table for example contains no data:

Empty set (0.0000 sec)
