Only 1 machine is nothing communicating to server

Question

I have installed agent 2.9 in more than 2000 machines but just one is not working properly.

ERROR:

service is ok, but it is not showing the machine on the OCS portal.

Hi,

Does a local inventory work ? Run the command below to create a local inventory file. After that look at the file to see if inventory's data are present. If not reinstall the agent. Command must be run under an account with root privileges.

ocsinventory-agent.exe /xml=c:\temp
