RO access and not show all computers [closed]

Is it possible to give read-only access to the web interface? 
And showing only computers that have a certain tag?

The profile RO exists and it's usual to set a tag for an user.

When you create an user, you choose a name and a profile. Then you affect a tag : without tag, the user can't see any computers, whis a tag, ther user can see the computers with this tag, so avoid '*' (=for any computers).

I tried with the tags on the user but, 
in any case, it always sees all the computers. 
Where can my error come from?

in fact, it works with the user in the "Local administrators" profile
but we can make modifications, so it does not suit me.
