Ipdiscover not working, working only manualy

I installed the new server, but the IPdiscover function is not working.

The ipdiscover tab is always empty.

I added the hosts subtnet, but it still doesn't appear.

It only works if I force the host to be Ipdiscover.

On the host page, go to settings->edit->Network Scans
