Désactiver le HTTP sur le dossier Download ?

Bonjour, je rencontre un problème lorsque je veux désactiver l'HTTP sur mon dossier download.

Je suis la procédure pas à pas : https://miloszengel.com/ocs-ng-2-2rc1-server-enable-ssl-for-management-and-deployment/

et chapitre 4 lorsque je veux redémarrer mon apache ca me met une erreur.

Je pense que l'alias est mal configuré dans le fichier de configuration.
