Problems with ocs agent 2.1.1 and server 2.9.2

Hi,

i have the 2.9.2 version of the ocs-ng server working without problems but i also have so many pc with the 2.1.1 version of the agent and this pc are not sending their information to the server. what can i do? or this versions don´t work together?

i have some pc with 2.6 and 2.9 version and work fine.
in OCS Inventory NG server for Unix by (140 points)

Maybe a problem with TLS version ?

When an agent don't send inventory, you have to read the log of this agent.

Then you have to read, on server, apache log and activity.log.
