Can the agent for Linux still be installed?

Hi All,

I am currently using OCS Inventory for my inventory list, to install the agent on Windows and Mac it works fine, but for the agent on Linux can it still be installed? I am using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, I have followed the steps using the APT Package and Manual Compile methods but both were unsuccessful, do you know the correct troubleshooting/installation method for Linux Agent?

The best and simplier is to use the agent supplied by distribution.

But, you NEED to use an agent LOWER or EQUAL to the server (version). It's not mandatory to have the same version than the server !

So if your distribution provide an agent UPPER your server, you need to upgrade (server) before !
