I can't get some information about the motherboard

I have installed the agent for Windows "OCS Inventory NG Agent 2.10.1.0. This is information from agent: smodel and mmodel filled "To be filled by O.E.M."

But I also got information from WMI from cammand promt, and WMI gives more complete information: model product is present her.

What needs to be done for OСS Inventory to correctly recognize the motherboard ?

Hello,

The information "To be filled by O.E.M." appears a few times with certain manufacturers' models ; with others, it can also be a part number.

Unfortunately, be aware that the OCS agent sources will not be modified for your specific need...

For better recognition of the machine model, you can create a plugin.
