Problems in inventory refresh

Hello!

I'm new to Linux and OCS, so if I say anything wrong, feel free to correct me :)

My server is configured in a Debian 12 virtual machine, and it is not receiving the updates from the agents, or sending it to the OCSReports interface properly.

My Windows agent log shows me that two inventories are sent to the server, one when I turn the PC on, and another a few minutes after I log in.

But in the OCS reports interface, only the first inventory shows up, but it appears without the user because I didn't log up yet in this first one. Even if I change the PROLOG FREQ, the next update will be when I restart or turn on my computer, the second inventory never appears on the web interface even if I wait hours.

When I go to my Apache logs, this shows me an error in 5 variables in "z-ocsinventory-server.config" that don't exist, so I created them. The logs in the last week show that one of the variables still doesn't exist, but today the logs are the same as before I created the variables.

The variables are:

PerlSetEnv OCS_OPT_SCAN_ARP_BADWISH 256

PerlSetEnv OCS_OPT_GENERATE_OCS_FILES_SNMP 0

PerlSetEnv OCS_OPT_SCAN_TYPE_SNMP icmp

PerlSetEnv OCS_OPT_IPDISCOVER_LINK_TAG_NETWORK 0

PerlSetEnv OCS_OPT_SCAN_TYPE_IPDISCOVER icmp

I tried to install the agent without the option that automatically runs it and made it run only when users log in with a ".bat" via GPO that runs the "OCSInventory.exe" file in the program data folder but didn't work either, even if the log shows that the inventory is successfully sent.

The only way I get my inventory with the user name is if I go to the hidden icons tab in my taskbar and select the "Run OCS Inventory Agent Now" option.

I don't know if I'm creating the variables in the wrong way if I'm creating them in the wrong file, or if none of this is my real problem, but my Windows logs show me that the inventory is sent successfully, so I think the problem is in the server.
