Сan't configure SNMP scanning on OCS Inventory

Hello! I can't configure SNMP scanning on OCS Inventory. I entered all the data. The server is running Linux 20.04, and I installed version 2.9.2. The agent was recently reinstalled, and now I have the latest version (2.10.2 on Linux and 2.10.1.0 on Windows). If anyone has successfully set this up, please share your feedback. I've been trying to follow the instructions for several days now, but nothing is working. Maybe someone knows something.

Hi,

It seems you didn't activate snmp on the agent. Verify /etc/ocsinventory-agent/modules.conf file. use Ocsinventory::Agent::Modules::SnmpScan; must be present.

Is SNMP activated and configured on the OCS server ?

Best regards

It is present...

Yes, I did. Could you please describe what else I should configure?

I added all OIDs (Name, Description, Address) to the SNMP configuration, along with the MIB file. In the network scan administrator, I added our network (IP + mask, created a device group). In the Manage SNMP Communities, I configured SNMP versions 1, 2, and 2c.

When I test the agent on Linux, I get an error:

root@ocs: sudo systemctl status ocsinventory-agent Unit ocsinventory-agent.service could not be found.

But i get info about each device when i install the agent (only from 1 device, not from all network.
