OCS Agent Package - Activate issue [closed]

I have OCSNG Server (2.1.2) installed on Linux Ubuntu, and I installed the agent (2.1.1) on Linux as root. Now I am adding a Windows agent as a package. I get the following error:

WARNING: Can't find information file at https://10.0.0.77/download/1421174633/
WARNING: Can't find fragments files at http://10.0.0.77/download/1421174633/

Are you sure to want to activate this package?

I see the download/1421174633/ folder on my server at /var/lib/ocsinventory-reports/download. That is correct. I am wondering if the issue is because when I did the agent install, I told it to point to a new folder called ocs inventory-agent. If that is the issue, how do I fix it? And if not, what can I do to fix this?

Maybe a permissions issue?

I tried changing permissions on the files/folders, which didn't help. I also added some code from this forum http://forums.ocsinventory-ng.org/viewtopic.php?id=7233 but that didn't work either.

I am really at a loss. I've spent at least a good 5 or more hours trying every combination of changing permissions. My download page still has a 403 error. And I'm still getting error in my apache log:

[authz_core:error] [pid 15430] [client 10.0.42.61:8741] AH01630: client denied by server configuration: /var/lib/ocsinventory-reports/download

Perhaps it's a bug. I've tried changing the apache2.conf file, using Terminal, right clicking and editing permissions on folders... no idea what I am missing!

Hi,

You don't have change permissions in apache. Edit the ocsinventory-ocsreports.conf file and set same permissions for /download definition as for /ocsreports. Restart apache after modifications.

I don't have a ocsinventory-ocsreports.conf file. I do have ocsinventory-agent.cfg...maybe that is it. (located in /etc/ocsinventory)

Also, would the code be this?

I tried adding this to ocsinventory-agent.cfg, but no luck. I also tried z-ocsinventory-server.conf, but that didn't work either. Maybe my code is wrong.
