TAG field update not working
Hey Guys,
I am running OCS 2.1.2. I am trying to stop the agents from overwriting custom TAGS, or administrative data. I have made sure that the value "PerlSetEnv OCS_OPT_ACCEPT_TAG_UPDATE_FROM_CLIENT 0" in "/etc/apache2/conf.d/z-ocsinventory-server.conf" is set to "0". However the agents still keep updating and overwriting data i have written into the TAG via the web portal.
Any help on having OCS retain the data i input with the web portal to custom TAGS?
Thanks

Hi,
I think that this option has been modified a first time. Apache restarted after. Then tests finished, you setup ocs_opt_accept_tag_update_from_client back to 0, but you forget to restart apache. Then restart apache. Test if change.
