unable start teamviewer form OCS

Hello.

I did all steps necessary for Teamviewer plugin integration.

I see the teamviewer icon in detailed view. After i click on TVCLIENTID link it just open and close  for an very short time an Iexplore window but did nothing.

i have IE 11/ Windows 7 pro.

Hello.

The link is opened on the local PC(javascript) . I think the server has nothing to do with this

The IE should start teamviewer on the local machine from that link
