Does not pass the computer inventory

Question

I installed ocs inventory on ubuntu 12.04. 

 

Page "ocsreports" available. 

 

An installed agent on Windows XP. 

 

This computer does not appear on the page ocsreports 

 

On Wildows log: 

 

Service encounter error <Failed to load/parse last inventory state>.

The URL for the server is : http://exemple.com/ocsinventory

ocsreports is the GUI as explain in the documentation.

It helped a little, but still does not work. =)
