OCS Inventory Server Installed but not receiving data from agents

SERVER : Ubuntu Server 64 bit

OCS : OCS Inventory Version 2.1.2

IP Address : 192.168.200.4 (running on a virtual box)

Hi Guys,

I have a running Installation of OCS Inventory, however I can't configure agents to send data to the server.

Below are screenshot from my server.

Any thoughts is very much appreciated.

Hi,

There is no screenshot. Can you post content of ocsinventory.log file, please?

Can you help me I can't locate the ocsinventory.log file. Normally where I can find it.

Hi,

I'm having a similar problem. My ocsinventory server log file is showing an error: "[error] Cannot establish communication : 301 Moved Permanently

I have installed the OCS server and the agent in a virtual machine in Virtual Box, I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 as operation system. I manage to log into OCS server, but it cannot get any information from the agent.

Any clue?
