Can we add local Perl modules (or plugins) to add information in the local XML file of a server ? [closed]

Question

I installed ocsinventory-agent on a server but I need more information than those proposed by default by the agent (BMC information, firmware information...).

Is it possible to add local Perl modules or an XML files with information to complete information set in the OCSinventory XML file ?

Sorry if the question has already been asked but I didn't find anything neither in the wiki nor in the forum.

Hi,

You can write your own module which can be added to ocs agent. See http://wiki.ocsinventory-ng.org/index.php/Plugins:Crontab as example.
