http://oscinventory-ng/ocsreports works but http://oscinventory-ng/ocsinventory does not work

Hi,

I installed ocs unix server, ocs GUI at  http://oscinventory-ng/ocsreports works but virtual interface at http://oscinventory-ng/ocsinventory is not working, it says" internal server error:" this is making my agents show the "error 500 failed to communicate with server"

help

yes ill use dns but i had read in the forums " If you try to access e.g http://10.10.100.200/ocsinventory with a browser, you must have this result: Bad request., mine shows "internal server error"

Hi

Post content of apache error log (error_log). I suppose you have "Can't call to..." error. Verify mysql password for ocs user in z-ocsinventory-server.conf file. It must be identical as those in /usr/share/ocsinventory-reports/ocsreports/dbconfig.inc.php file.
