How to deploy Acrobat Reader update pack to clients

I am a new user and would like to deploy new Acrobat Reader update pack to clients. I downloaded the AdbeRdrUpd11012.msp from Internet. In the Package Builder, i don't know how to input the field of "Path". Because the update file is msp and not bat format.
