msofficekey.vbs not working on Dell Computers

Hi

I have problem with msofficekey.vbs from PluginOcsOfficekey-2.2.4

I dont know why this vbs not workin on Dell computers witch windows 7 x64 and windows 8.1 x64

I tested this on new computers without programs and antyvirus etc. only OS and drivers.

Debuging script without errors. script end without window with info about MS office information. There is no information from windows about blocking something

Only on Dell computers is this problem. On others computers (HP, Samsung ...) work well
