Client Information not updated [closed]

Question

Hi,

I downloaded the Ubuntu Server and the 2.0.5 Client and everything worked fine.
Some days ago I updated the Server to the 2.1.2 Version. Since that, I get no updates in the OCS webinterface, I only see the Clients with the last time they connected to the old Server Version.

No matter if I use the 2.0.5 or the 2.1.1.1 Client, the Connection from the ocs Agent to the Server seems to fail.

I found some Information that the Connection error might be a Problem with the mysql user, but I never changed the Default user and Password.

Here the Information from the OCSInventory.log from my Client:

Ok, I got the solution :-)

i connected to the mysql database and showed all the users created there:

select user, host, Password

from mysql.user

the result showed me that I had two users named "ocs", one with host "localhost" and one with "%".

After deleting the 'localhost'-one, my inventory results are now sent and displayed in the Server.
