How to find latest software installed in client? Any pop-up in Server GUI?

 OS server Version: 2.0.2

Agent version: 2.0.5

I have installed OCS Server on UBuntu 12.04 and OCS Agent on Windows 8. Connection is successful. 

I am able to see all client installed softwares in Server application GUI. Let's say I have installed an application in Client today. Is there any way to get a notification or pop-up on new software installed in Client? I want to see this in either Server GUI or email notification.

This question is applicable for all categories like: Hard disk, RAM, Ethernet cards, etc., which are listed in OCS Server  GUI.

Hi,

No this is not possible. OCS is an inventory tool not a monitoring tool. OCS makes inventories periodically and can deploy softwares through packages.
