Anonymous read-only access?

Is it possible to set up anonymous read-only access to the web server but make it prompt for a login before making any changes?

As I know, no it isn't possible. You can register a blueprint for this feature => https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ocsinventory-ocsreports/+addspec
