Pas de remontée inventaire

Bonjour,

J'ai installé un nouveau OCS inventory 2.1.2 sur un Ubuntu 14.04 et un agent 2.1.1.1 installé manuellement sur une machine Windows 8.1 , quand je vais sur la page http://ip_serveur/ocsreports je n'ai aucune remontée d'information (tout est à zéro).

Je n'ai aucune erreur au niveau du fichier ocsinventory.ini et ni dans le log

Merci de poster le contenu du fichier error.log d'Apache (/var/log/apache2/error.log).

Bonjour,

 

Désolé pour le délai , j'étais en vacances merci pour votre intervention mais entre temps j'ai pu faire la remontée en faisant un /force sur la machine cliente ; par contre comment puis-je obtenir une mise à jour de la date de l'inventaire même si il n'y a pas eu de changement s.v.p?
