OCSNG_UNIX_SERVER-2.2.tar.gz seems to be corrupted

Question

I have downloaded OCSNG_UNIX_SERVER-2.2.tar.gz several times in past two weeks from severals computers in severals networks and the file seems to be corrupted.

When I try to unpack the file in Linux the command answer that the file isn´t a tar.gz file.

When I unpack the file in Windows with 7-zip some of the files contain corrupted code.

There is just a tar file, not compressed tar file.
